Meet Elizabeth, our virtual engagement officer

On behalf of The Trust for the National Mall, we would like you to meet our new virtual engagement officer, Elizabeth.

 

As a nonprofit, we are constantly innovating to ensure the best experience for our donors. Elizabeth is just one of those innovations. Implementing the power of artificial intelligence, we are working with this software as an additional way to connect with you, our valued donors who restore, preserve, and enrich America’s Front Yard with your generous support. Elizabeth will share all the latest updates on National Mall projects being funded by your generosity. She will also help answer or direct any questions you may have.

 

Please know that Elizabeth can put you in touch with a Trust team member at any time. If you do not wish to receive communications from our Virtual Assistant, you can opt-out at any time by emailing gifts@nationalmall.org.
